Just an option if your a DIY'er. Otherwise if if it's never been done in the last 40K seriously consider it.

Kinda the same thing in my Cayenne was getting a hard kick down from 3-2nd in traffic, changed the fluid 3 times as most of it in in the torque converter problem solved. Can't get more than 3 liters with a single drain.
I tried resetting the Tiptronic adaptations but did nothing to improve my issue.
Washed, clayed, and machine polished the 997 this weekend. Added the Magnagrafik stone guards too. Not sure yet if I love them. Next step is to attempt touch up paint repair on about 20 stone chips in my hood/fenders.

Gorgeous! Would look even better with clear stone guards though
What I did to my 997 today was... nothing
I pondered the idea of removing the paddles from my newly-acquired gorgeous sport design steering wheel, but then decided not to.
It's not worth the risk of breaking something.
I like the black, especially with the duck tail, as it gives it a little retro flavor. I tried the magnagrafix stoneguards though, and they didn't adhere well. Once I realized I liked the look, I redid them with CF vinyl
I took my 2009 997.2 C4S to my local independent shop for it's ten-year service at 34,000 miles. They changed the oil and filter, flushed the cooling system, flushed the brake and clutch hydraulic system, replaced the plugs and coil-packs, and replaced all eight axel boots. One front boot started throwing grease recently and a second front boot started a couple of days before the appointment. So, I had them all replaced.
