I was thinking of doing this once I get my Turbo front bumper installed, should make it look more aggressive with mine also being black.
Is the light output diminished?
Thanks

Well I was planning to drop have Hennessy Porsche in Atlanta install the H&R springs I ordered for my GTS to lower it a bit, but received the following lame email yesterday:

"Good morning. I hope this message finds you well. I do remember speaking with you when you were here a few weeks ago. Unfortunately my service manager and our store comptroller has advised us we are no longer able to install after-market equipment onto any of our customer’s vehicles now and in the future. I am not sure what has sprung this decision besides a potential liability issue. We will be happy to align the wheels for you which will cost roughly $265.00 but I will not be able to install the after-market lowering springs from H&R. Please do accept my apologies for any inconvenience. I am not sure if the other dealers around town are following suit or not. I would really love to take care of the lowering job for you but it seems this one is just out of my hands completely. I wish you the best in finding someone to complete the job for you."
Anyone else in the Atlanta market run into this with Hennessy? Guess I'll call Jim Ellis unless another local has an option to suggest?

Changed the center console on my car back to OEM carbon fiber. The previous owner had it reupholstered in leather w. red stitching. Looks great but not suitable for a GT car IMO. So I found a CF console and installed it.

Took me about 90 minutes including answering a couple of emails. Pretty straight-forward. I was a little concerned about transferring the iPod/Aux plugs but it was a non-issue.

Now I have these sitting around if anyone's interested...

Went to the PCA autocross event, Bald Hill NY (Long Island). Great day flogging the car on a tight course. 2nd time out, really like it. Sorry for the upside down pic, when I open it on my desktop it's correct. I'll work on it.

I installed a Billy Boat crossover pipe, third exhaust delete. No more rattling sound at start up and a better exhaust note. It may be placebo effect but it feels as though throttle response was improved, probably in my head!
