I haven't done an in depth comparison but used Gyeon Trim for this. It's supposed to have good UV protection (preventing your shiny headlights from turning yellow) and can be used for headlights, taillights and of course the black plastic trim on the car.
Polished the factory brushed stainless exhaust tips, ceramic coated it, removed the chip guard from the 1/4's getting ready to replace it, cleaned up the wheels and worked on ordering some custom in house titanium exhaust and carbon spoilers/side skirts!
Got around to installing the Soul center bypass I picked up from a member, went ahead and pulled the mufflers off as well to have a buddy weld them up.
That said, guys that have installed a center bypass, did you re-use the factory muffler hanger that mounts to the cat/center muffler flange or did you leave it off?
To use it I'd have to shave off the standoffs, since the aftermarket center muffler piece has a thicker flange - is this what most do?
Sorry I didn't catch this earlier, probably too late. Yes, I installed them back; you're supposed to use longer bolts. First, you cut the manifold/headers studs so they are flush with the flange (I used a Dremel with a metal cutting disk), and then you hammer out the remaining piece with a metal punch. I'm assuming you didn't get the bolts with the muffler delete. Pictures of when I installed mine.

I had an appointment at an independent shop to activate the cruise control and code out the phone module. Unfortunately, PIWIS was unable to connect to the DME, and the PCM did not want to forget the phone module. They want to try on another 997 that they have in the shop to see whether it's an issue with my car. I'll also disconnect the Mr12Volt module before the next attempt, maybe its presence is the reason why coding out the phone module didn't work.
On a more positive note, I managed to remove the left door panel thanks to the excellent instructions here, and applied some Dynamat Extreme. Right door to follow this weekend. I should have left enough to do the rear wheel wells if necessary.
Changed oil. Was about to do a brake flush but then realized I needed to take the wheels off to get to the inside valve. Guess I had forgotten that I'd usually do it when swapping winters for summers previously and now that I'm running all seasons, I don't do that. Ugh.
Iron to PCCB swap is in progress today. Rear is done, having lunch now, and then will wrap up the front. Bye bye to brake dust and lots of rotating mass weight savings!
Just wait until you drive the car....you'll immediately feel the weight difference in steering feel and the way the suspension works, and the hotter you get them the stronger they brake instead of the opposite.

Thanks! Unfortunately the front hard lines I received were for an awd car and not rwd, so won’t be able to test it for a few days it’s raining here anyway. But everything else is ready to go once the parts arrive! Comparison of the front:
