Based on my read, looks like a handful have reported issues with condensation, LEDs going out, and some error codes being thrown.
I wonder how these hold up over time.... Winter, fall.... Hot, cold... Uv.

Much more expensive to buy from these folks! Then again, Frank at Orange has been unresponsive and he owes me $20. Just did the RotTech group buy at 6speedonline. Only 3 hours left!

I ordered mine from Dectane directly last week. From the conversion and charges, looks like there is some kind of discount. Came out to 450 euro with shipping, charged through Paypal. Has not arrived yet.

I think I'll wait for Dectane front LEDs before I make a decision. On a second note, what do the 997.2 owners think of the Rotec/Dectane LEDs? Any dissenting opinions in that bunch?

Agreed, I too will hold out for Dectane LED DRL Solution

When you see stuff like this you gotta really ask why Porsche had felt the need to change the shape of the rear light housings for 997.2 ... it's all about change. Porsche used to not be like that.

So you can't just buy a set of taillights from your parts department and swap 997.1 tails with!

I ordered from Frank on Nov 7th & they were shipped on Nov 9. and still haven't received mine yet. :-( He did send me the tracking info for DHL Germany & then it goes USPS.

Per DHL tracking it left Germany on Nov 10th. Per USPS, it hasn't arrived in the US yet. Great. I was hoping to have them in about 2 weeks.

I did contact Frank & he responded very quickly & he said to wait another week & then we may open an investigation.

$568 - i ordered on 12 /5 they shipped 12/7 I got the DHL tracking number so Iam just waiting it out.

Finally my Dectanes arrives in the States and have cleared customs. Out for delivery to final destination. If all goes well, I will get OT front DRL with the DRL module as well.
