Think of it this way:

For several years, you got to drive one of the best sports cars ever made. Thats something a very large percentage of the population can't say.

And honestly, you could always pick up a nice older Boxster S. It may not be a 911 C2s, but you'll still have the porsche experience.

Details: About $59K left on value. It was $715 per month.

It's gone back today.

Just $715 a month? I'd sell a kidney or a naughty child first to cover that.
On the other hand now that it's gone, you can enjoy more time with your wife and not have worry about making payments.

Man up. You don,t have a reason to cry. I lost my child age 32 a few years ago. You have a shot at making it again. I do not. Never cry over anything that can,t cry back.

I have the greatest respect for people who have lost sons or daughters. I can't even imagine the pain it must inflict on a parent, and hope I never have to find out. Good advice c4consult. It puts things in perspective.
