I could understand if your car had a special paint, was Mexico Blue maybe, but there is zero to gain and everything to loose by not driving it, Pebble Beach 2030, never.

WOW...you do not drive this car? What is the point? I am not down playing your car but it is not a collectors item...just a regular Porsche. Porsches are meant to be driven and also taken to shows too. Heck we have guys with Carrera GT's, GT3RS, Ferrari Sud's, and even a Bugatti that drive them at the track and on the street.
Come on Steve, you are a driving instructor and chairman in your Porsche club, you know these cars are meant to be driven. :-)

That's a real shame for you not to actually DRIVE the car.
And what is with Porsche 944 Turbo owners and their use of 951 to describe their cars? You'll never find a "951" on that back of that car.
For a concours car you already aren't in compliance,--with non-OEM wheels...

Great mods for the track on the car and a real shame the car does not get used like it should.

I have to go with the majority opinion here. This is not a collector car - it's a semi-mass produced 911. Drive it.
Even the 997 GT3s and RS's are taking a nosedive in value. A non-S Carrera isn't going to appreciate one red cent.

Good looking car. Fronts look ok in the pic but the rear wheels need to be brought out a bit imo. I have a set of (2) 5mm H&R spacers that would help.
