Installed the Champion wheels I got from Graufuchs. Put a fresh set of PS4S on and let it rock on the wife’s S. Now the car pops. Wheels look great on this color.
2008 C4 - swapped in "S" knuckles and "S" calipers (powdercoated black and rebuilt) and turbo 350mm rotors.
TechArt lowering springs and Bilstein B6 Damptronic shocks and a stand alone DSC shock controller.
Tarret adjustable front and OEM GT3 adjustable rear swaybars.
Wasn't too crazy wiring it in, but after a test drive it took me almost 6 hours to track an "open damper" fault to a bent pin the in the connector (I only disconnected it once, once too many I guess). Turns out default mode is full hard which isn't too great !
Drives nice now though.
Only disppointment is the TechArt springs only dropped me 1/4" up front (26.75" -> 26.5" fender height). Was expecting a full inch. Dropped 3/4" in the rear.
Joined about 50 others cars for a KCRPCA summer drive. It's about as good a drive as you can get around these cornfields without going to CO or the Ozarks.
The real excitement starts next Saturday when I drop it off at Slakker Racing in OKC for a 3.8-->4.1 rebuild.
