Fixed guys!!!!! Car was “flooded” I kept holding the throttle all the way down like I’ve done in my 993 and kept cranking until it turned on. It sounded like an airplane.
Well done, and thank you for getting back to us. If you smell gas, then figure it's flooded.
What you did with the gas pedal is the old school method used with a carburetor. I'll admit I'm not quite sure how that works with an M9X motor. But it's good to know that's a solution.
You may want to change your oil if you put enough fuel into it to smell it.
These cars have coolant temp sensors and lots of other electronics to manage how they start and run. You don't have to touch the gas pedal ever when starting them. If you do have to, there's another major problem.

im not sure why it happened but here are the things I did different
maybe overfilled oil
let oil drain for 3 days
didnt pull the fuel pump fuse.
let car sit outside for the first time ever in 20 degrees weather
been using trickle charger for a week
thank you all for your help, efforts and collaboration. Happy holidays! Picture of the flooded victim attached for reference

So does this mean that the title is a wash since it's now classified as a flooded car?
To clear a flooded engine, a fully depressed gas pedal, sometimes the brake as well and crank the engine. This cuts the fuel pump but still turns the engine over to clear the fuel. It’s almost a universal way to clear a flooded on anything from a seadoo, boat , atv, car etc. it should be verified in the owners manual first. Also a way to prime the oil filter after an oil change so there is minimal bearing, journal, piston, cylinder etc wear on first start up.
