Both 6MT coupes sold for > $100K all in.
On PCAR, the last two with the same spec sold for > $98K (June) and $84K (10 months ago), all in.
Even ignoring the $131K unicorn BaT sale 9 months ago (that was just listed on PCA website classified for > $160K), the recent prices are what they are.
Bubble or not, the transparent sale prices of recent auctions reflect a continued increase in valuations for 6MT 997 GTS coupes.

How much would an aqua blue, full tan leather with sport seats, painted aero cup kit, PDK coupe with 45k mi be worth?
All the other nice options (PDLS, illuminated door sills, color matched door sills, etc.)
Hard to say without pictures, maintenance history, CarFax report and any “stories”.
Unique build and color, full leather and *** certainly add value. Aero kit is a big plus to some. PDK and AWD are not value increasers based on recent 997 GTS auctions. Miles > 20K can be a decrement, as well.
If you want that spec, jump on it before a dealer/flipper beats you to it. They do not sit long these days.

Depends on whether you want to sell the car or not. There is a ceiling although it doesn't seem like it. $80k if you want to sell it. $85k if you want to sit on it forever.
While prices are up, I question if a lot of these cars are selling. The only ones I know for sure are selling are at Ryan Friedman but those are cream puffs. Great cars.
I'm looking for the right 981 GTS and have watched the same cars, priced $10k over SIT all summer at the different dealerships. Funny thing is they won't reduce the prices, they just sit. I drove one a couple weeks ago that I liked an could be interested in but told the sales chick today to call me when it starts snowing or before you send it to auction. I won't pay over the artificial market highs.
I say all this because you ask what your car is worth. It's worth what someone will pay for it. Do you want to sell it? Price it accordingly. Are you trying to cash out and get maximum dollar? It will sit unless it's very special.
During my search for a 981, I put a wtb ad in the marketplace. I had several people contact me with offers to "let me convince them" to sell their cars to me by paying well over market. I would get the "I did a search on Autotrader and according to that, my car is worth $$." Uh, no it's not. Those cars have been sitting since June and its September now. Nothing quite as off-putting as I'll let you buy my car but you have to convince me by over paying.
Not everyone is, but many Porsche buyers will pay "over the artificial market highs" for the right spec, condition, history and mileage. Your $80/$85K valuation may, or may not, reflect the market market value of a semi-unicorn 997 GTS.
Only way to find out is to list it privately for what you would "like" to get and negotiate down if it does not sell at that initial price.
Or, put it up on BaT/PCarMarket with a reserve equal to your "like" price, and see what bidders are willing to pay.
Few submit successful bids without the specific info I listed in my post above.
If it is missing, the first few comments request more pics or receipts before placing serious bids.
Lastly, if two or more bidders want the same car...it can sell well above a previously set "market" price.
And that sale, combined with others like it, actually determines market value.
Not pundits like us on a forum, Kelly Blue Book or Edmunds.
Buyers routinely pay ADM over the MSRP to get exactly what they want, right now.
Paying more than $85K for the OP's as described 997 GTS is not unrealistic or over-optimistic for someone who wants it now.
Would you take $105K for your yellow gem? $110?
Is there a number that would preclude your certain seller's remorse?

You are correct, I am a discerning buyer and yes it seems people will throw money at anything right now, especially 911's. I do want to say that BAT is a different animal than the market. While auctions can be the truest form of market economics, a lot of times they are not. The contrary to your example is many times we've seen cars not sell or come in well below market value on no reserve auctions. The Aqua blue Aerokit car may do well on BAT and grab sensational dollars but I was commenting on if he was looking to put it up on marketplace or one of the other online car sales platforms. Most of the private sales there seem to linger unless they're great deals. The owner is free to ask whatever he wants and I very well could be wrong. Just when I think the ceiling has been reached on 911's, someone pays more??? He asked what we in the peanut gallery though his car was worth, that's my appraisal without knowing ANY specifics. Depends on how long the seller wants to hold the car for if he really wants to sell it. I'm of the mind that if I want to sell something, then I want to sell it.
Thanks' for the compliment on my gem. Great analogy. I don't know what I would take for mine. it would be hard to turn down $110k but I can't see selling it. What would I buy then? There was a similar mileage, Black 6sp Cab at RF motors a few weeks ago listed at $101k. Lasted about a week. Not as high MSRP as mine but a nice car. People are throwing crazy money at any 6sp GTS these days. I'm along for the ride like everyone else.

FYI:
Just got off the phone with my insurance policy service and claims department (USAA) regarding a valuation payoff for my GTS.
They could not give me a number unless/until I actually filed a claim.
Referred me to American Collectors Insurance for a an actual quote and valuation.
He came up with $80K, which would increase 4% a year until cancelled or sold.
That policy was $1600/year with 2500 miles/year allowed.
He ran the VIN, which spit out a Carrera S, not GTS, and did not consider/account for AWD/RWD, 6MT/PDK, or mileage.
So your $80/$85 valuation is in line with the payoff value, but does not reflect recent auction sales prices.
