From that distance on the Classic, the RS Spyder Wheels or any black wheel with a polished lip would look the same in the photos as you cannot see any detail in the wheels, only black center and polished lip so the wheels really add nothing to these the photos from that distance.

The Syoder above is an ugly duckling inside and out. Would much rather have a GTS with the same front lip and same rear bumper cover with the RS Spyder wheels which is exactly what I have at this time.

Here is a new listing for a GTS cabriolet with 26,000 miles for only $69,995.

Used 2012 Porsche 911 GTS Cabriolet | Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne | WP0CB2A9XCS754290 (mbmelbourne.com)
it's a PDK. Good price for that car. . .

Price does seem decent for the miles. Carfax looks clean but is it common for GTS cars to have 5 owners? I know this is not uncommon for the flipper-heavy cars like the GT4s and GT3s but I never really lumped the GTS into that same category.

Yes, anything with a 6 in front and less than 30k miles worth a look. The big issue is needs. If it needs major service, tires and brakes any time soon, the price of entry is more like $75,000 than $69,995.

Number of owners is a NON-ISSUE with high end sports cars. Very common for high end stuff to have multiple owners and lower miles. These are usually 2nd or 3rd cars meaning prior owners likely had sufficient means to get them properly serviced at Porsche dealerships rather than do it yourselfers or cheap Indy shops that may or may not know what they are doing.

The only thing important is car, condition if the car and service history of the car. 1 owner sales stuff is what cheap **** used lots with trash used to promote. That one owner could have abused the heck out of the car.

In my opinion the center lock is just clean, amazing and special (I would not replace it for 5 screws).
I do not think it can be said that GTS with 5 screws is considered "special". Definately not! This is exactly the same as the GTS with a Standard steering wheel instead of a Sports steering wheel. It's like saying that a standard PDK steering wheel instead of a sports steering wheel is considered more special.
A special GTS will be such if it is a Special color or a Rare color. "Manual" may also be rarer (because of the limited production compared to PDK). I would not replace my PDK in MT either, but this is a topic that will always remain in the discussion.
Besides the cool look of the center locks I think the most special thing about 5 lug vs. center lock is that you can can fix the let's call it "conservative" GTS offsets with inexpensive spacers. With center locks, no spacers so the only way to bring the wheels out of the depths of the wheel wells is to buy after market wheels with customized offsets. I guess another benefit with 5 lugs is that you don't need a breaker bar, special grease and exact torque figures to dismount and remount them.

Accident, private owner and winter time. Maybe $68,000 would move it.

It seems that bumper is off a different vehicle, like a pricier GT. Often means front end damage at some point in that vehicles' history.

Looks like an aftermarket bumper and the wheels are too. Did you notice the hand pulls with carbon fiber parts all over? Not factory-installed.

CPO in 2013 then at an auction in 2015 then at another auction in 2016, then was CPO's in 2016.

Doesn't make it a bad car. Just activates my spidey senses.

The history raises questions, but it is a very cool looking vehicle with tastefully done mods.
Actually, it is the nicest version of a non-OEM GTS cab I have ever seen.

I would agree.

The car has a cohesive look. The mods seem to have been chosen with some study and forethought.

The only questions that are raised in my mind is why the selling dealer didn't spend an additional hour or so detailing the interior better. The Alcantara steering wheel and shifter look grimy and matted down (that's an easy fix.) The rest of the interior should have gotten a good wipe-down.
