Passed on a single owner Macadamia 5 lug, 12' GTS cab in PDK. Base seats in tan, sports exhaust, sport crono, PDLS, 82k miles - $42k. Local dealer had put a trade offer on it at 37.
Was such a weird combination of spec and miles that could be great as a driver and deal, but really weird for resale down the road. Plus I already have two other 997s.

I'll be putting my 2012 GTS coupe 6 speed on BAT in about a month. I'm going to have it looked over at the dealer since I have a Fidelity warranty on it. Car has a little over 24k miles and it's Platinum Silver. I'm putting all new tires on it I think. Still has the original equipment tires on the front,and the rears are from 2012. They still have good tread, but might as well make it a 100% car.
I think I'll put Michelin PS4. The dealer quoted me PS2 but I suspect most people would want the 4? Opinions?

the MPS4S is a fantastic all around tire for that car, you can’t go wrong.

Ive found a private party 2012 GTS with manual and sports chrono with just under 50k miles for 80k$. It has fabspeed intake and cat backs.
Does that seem like an ok price? this literally checks all my boxes!
