The 959 engine has water cooler cylinder heads only. The 996TT engine is the first fully water cooled turbo engine in a 911.

This looks pretty nice, but not crazy about all of the mods.

And NADA has it at $41k lol! Who was it that always used to tell people to check NADA to form an idea on price, I forgot.

Yes,
It will be interesting to watch this one. It may serve as a new baseline for 996 Turbo market values.

Here is a 3K mi. GT2 unicorn:

Asking more than when it was purchased. Looks new!

Nice car, but I'd be surprised if it pulls anything close to $185.5K...

Bill, honestly, most of those mods are very nice. Also, seller stated that he has all stock parts as well except for the wheels and Steering wheel. I know you've had the itch to get a cab, this might not be such a bad one. Then you can take off the aftermarket bits that you don't like and sell them and use that to partially subsidize the cost of the car. I have to say, some of those mods are REALLY nice unless you're looking for a pure, true "bone stock" car for an investment. But if you're looking for a car to enjoy actually driving, this could be perfect to scratch that cab itch assuming PPI is clear.

That is extremely optimistic pricing.

I agree, some of those mods are nice...I got dibs on the 20" dubs. No, I'm kidding, if you look closely the tires are 19", so the ad has a typo.

But the car has potential and sounds like it's really clean...

Regarding the exhaust, back when I was looking for a Turbo Coupe I drove a X50 car with an Agency Power Ti exhaust, way too loud and way too much drone...

I'll sign up for 1 carbon fiber bit...right now my car has zero CF on it and I'm feeling left out of the trend!
