They always do but the main problem is that people cant keep it civil. The answer for you Carlo is that I will not stand by and be bullied and if someone wants to take it to the street mentality than I will talk to them at that level.

Wow, where did that come from? I never said the car would be a garage queen. I bought it with low miles, never said I'd park it. My comment was in humor, watching the conversation evolve between guys who obviously have history on the forum. Why come after me now?

It was more of a jab at the guys that bicker back and forth anyways.

Now this is just like Christmas in a big family. Brothers (dock and rmc) fighting. Dad (02996x50) getting drunk. The kid (hyboost) with his new toy. The mom (911hawk) telling everyone to get along. And the brat (kc) getting everyone going. lol
And Carlo the crazy uncle. Not sure why. We just needed a crazy uncle.

My take on the track conversation - I think I'm too afraid to screw something up with my car if I track it. No doubt the car is exponentially more capable than me, and therein lies the problem. I don't wrench on it, and it seems like the costs are steep to really get into tracking it. I'm sure it would be fun, but I have a lot of fun just driving it around on the streets and keeping it all in one piece. I don't think I'm wasting it - just enjoying it in a different way. I think I'm way too much of a worrier about what might happen.
I admire folks who are confident enough and capable enough of wringing it out and then fixing anything that needs fixing. That guy ain't me, at least not at this stage of my life. Maybe someday when the nonstop tuition bills cease to hit my mailbox....
It would be interesting to have actual percentages of cars tracked versus not - has to be something like 90% not tracked, don't you think?
