Found a perfect gem: '01 TT w/6800 miles
#91
Now this is just like Christmas in a big family. Brothers (dock and rmc) fighting. Dad (02996x50) getting drunk. The kid (hyboost) with his new toy. The mom (911hawk) telling everyone to get along. And the brat (kc) getting everyone going. lol
And Carlo the crazy uncle. Not sure why. We just needed a crazy uncle.

Notice I said track not race, you cannot experience these cars on the street without becoming a hazard to innocent drivers. Id take that thing out on the track and beat it within an inch of its life and it wouldn't hurt a thing

Hyboost, that 996 is way too nice to rag out on the track. It is a very low mileage first year turbo with some very unique options. Don't let others with track POS cars goad you into thinking you must track that beauty. I would strongly consider climate control storage with a rare drive in perfect weather and ideal traffic conditions. It probably belongs in Leno's collection. Can you imagine some no-insurance no-license fool hitting it?
And yes, some peeps are just jealous and a$$'s. I on the other hand, have faced the reality that I must shop for TT auction cars.

Do you mind sharing the price you paid for your vehicle???
- I think we're all a little curious what a low milage gem like this would sell for.

Car was listed on PCA classifieds and I think it still shows up on AutoTrader so you guys can easily see the asking price. Based on the condition of the car, price was reasonable to me.
z06801, way out of spec e30 rules. Running an s54 swap that bumps us up with the big boys. Haven't raced NASA yet, maybe soon if time permits.

The price cannot be reviled for two reasons, one it's rude, two it hurts future chance to make money on it as people will know how much he paid for it. In reality I never got the whole, I don't want to tell you the price thing...who gives a crap

Naw, I'm the druncle:
KrazyK - niiiiiiiiiiiiice post! Really!
m3 - that would be "revealed". And gentlemen don't talk money.
Let's keep 6Sp and RL separate. Lot's less of this type of thread over there.
