Burning Brakes
Okay, this wasn't 'today,' but it was interesting. Had a friend visiting at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills and went to pick her up in my 13-year old Turbo. Well for a place where people arrive and leave in $150K+ cars, you'd have thought I was driving a Carrera GT from the way I was treated. Much ooh-in and aah-ing, and the car was parked in the premium 'up front' spot by the valets. Days later, I was talking with my friend and apparently the hotel staff was still talking about the car. This is a new experience to me. Maybe they just don't see yellow cars that aren't taxis...

haha awesome. it figures you go there. i go to SG for ANYthing major that can't be done hillbilly style in my yard

they setup my car also, for the bigger stuff. manny rocks, and dan is a straight shooter too. he gets sh*t done, and properly. cant say enough by way of endorsement. but they are like the best kept la porsche secret, IF you can even get in there hah!

so.. today. third and final try! of installing my tarett camber plates and they just dont cut it. it's a long story but suffice it say, i think the oem top mounts i just put on, will better suit my needs. i also installed the torque solutions toe link sets and those will be awesome. alignment with some more toe out to .025 and i'm squat like nobodies' business.

those look great. i originally ordered red/clear but went to the guys shop and he had smoked/clr or red/smoked and i went with the latter as wasn't going to leave without new tails after waiting on 4 lists for 4 years lol. i sure wasn't going to join another list.
i get compliments anytime the car is stopped at car hangouts in the mountains. once at a stoplight! lol.
