and lots of cleaning!
Nice update! Spend some time on that floor (yes it is a lot of work) and it will really finish it off.

Thanks! Yes, I think the entire floor/slab will be coming out since it's cracking and sloping. Hopefully the whole garage doesn't have to come down in order to fix it.

Smallest thing, ever. My car was de-badged, and I re-badged it, but with a smaller logo that cost $20 instead of $160.

When you removed your rear bumperettes did you plug the mounting holes in the bumper with anything?

Guess I can add to my list thus far-

UMW ECU flash (Thanks Kevin for putting up with my non-stop emails)
997 Coil upgrade and new 02 sensors
Gbox detent upgrade
New clutch slave cylinder
front rotor service, back to follow, fluid flush
tranny oil service.
bearings (2x front axles)
New gas cap
New coolant tank
Agency Exhaust (used, from Rennlister)
Agency Power Diverter Valves
Braided Brake Lines.
Numeric Shifter and cables (used 997 SSK crapped out on me, binned)
Going to pull the alpine out and go to double DIN set up. Don't like the Alpine sticking out, and want an integrated GPS system.
More stuff to come.

I got the rear bumper cover that way as part of a 'bundle' deal when I bought the rear lid/spoiler. The backside of the bumper cover showed it had been filled with a flexible filler used to repair bumper covers. My mechanic cut off the metal bumperette brackets on the rear impact bar and I was GTG. (I'm selling the cover I took off [has Park Assist], BTW).
