Finished up my standing 1/2 mile yesterday with a best of 152.8 mph. The DA was from 2400 to 3400 as the day progressed. Not too bad for my first time at an event like this. My mods are Markski Tuning hybrid K16s, 750cc injectors, AEM water methanol w/two 500cc injectors, Bell Intercoolers, SRM y-pipe, AWE exhaust with HFC, 18" wheels with Mich PS4 tires (245/45-315-30)

I was running a mix of MS109 and 93 with about a 1/2 tank of fuel. I have a conservative pump fuel tune...

Were there any other 996 Turbos there running the 1/2 mile?

There was a 996TT (Steve Orr) with 1300hp, he did 185; a 997 GT3 (converted to TT) with 1300whp, he ran 191 (he ran a 206.5 in KS 2 weeks prior); a 997 with 1200 awhp who ran 192. The poor DA kept everyone who follows this event around the country trapped about 10+ mph slower than usual.

Yes, head wind as well...all the components of a slower time.

Is there a stock class, or are all the cars modified?

2WD
AWD
German

Sedan
Naturally Asperated
Manual
Motorcycle
