I made my car drive in a straight line today. I went with GT2 toe specs, but with only -1.1 camber in the front and -1.3 in the rear since it's driven primary on the street. Feels good so far.

Very cool, I didn't realize that the turbos suspension allowed that much adjustment.

I have adjustable control arms in the rear and camber plates up front.

Turbo
Front Camber: -.03 - .03
Front Toe: 0 - .08

Rear Camber: -1.7 - -1.2
Rear Toe: .08 - .25

GT2
Front Camber: -1.1 - -.09
Front Toe: .05 - .08

Rear Camber: -1.9 - -1.8
Rear Toe: .18 - .25

Mine
Front Camber: -1.1
Front Toe: .07

Rear Camber: -1.3
Rear Toe: .21

So, pretty much in spec for a GT2 or Turbo except my rear camber is on the lower side. In a track setting this probably wouldn't be very ideal, but it should be pretty good on the street.

If you are lucky you can max out the front camber to -0.5 with OEM suspension. The OEM suspension sucks in every way.

I never realized that there was a difference between the turbo and the gt2, expecting accelerated tyre wear?

If you drive "aggressively" on the street the increase in negative camber with actually make the tires wear more evenly. Especially on the fronts.

My fronts look pretty square at the moment.

I have noticed that the 9" wheel makes the front bite harder, almost seems like a little skip when pushed harder.

Perhaps a little more camber may help alleviate that...?

Yes, the additional negative camber makes the tires square while cornering. That is the key to even wear with aggressive driving. Tires angled inward at the top going straight which makes them square up with a larger and more centered contact patch with hard cornering.

There are always tradeoffs.

Negative camber will wear the tires more when driving in a straight line.

Negative camber can compromise traction when accelerating or braking in a straight line, specially in wet conditions.
