Replaced the ignition switch. Was able to get it without removing the side vent. I found if I put my head near the dead pedal I had good visibility to both screws. It was the original one, had to chip away all the red sealant stuff. Getting at it sucked, stuffing my nearly 50yr old body underneath the dash isn't as easy as it used to be. Hopefully this one lasts another 16 years...

I literally feel your pain... Had to stuff myself down there last night for some wiring that needed to be tweaked.

Installed some new undercarriage clips and nuts that were missing along with replacing all O2 sensors. Old ones below, looks like they’ve had a lot of heat. I suspect these were original, my car has 59k miles and was throwing a P1116 intermittently.

Shout out to Kevin at UMW for helping with the code diagnosis.

The switch from FVD to UMW is complete (just the tune... for now). Beyond thrilled. Kudos to Kevin for his outstanding work and patience with me! 😇

A few immature pulls for my RL friends:

I washed the car and got him with the dreaded rear wiper scratch. ARGH!! Deciding if I want to remove it or not....

^ Do it. It looks way cleaner, and no chance for more scratches.
