here is where i got my lip. As for the replacement, it is quite simple. there is a screw at each end just in front of the wheel, remove it, then pull the ends out and work your way towards the front. it is a slip fit and just pops out. Helps to lay it in the sun before putting the new one on. There is a center alignment tab, start there and work your way around to the ends on the side. I needed to use one of my trim pry tools to pop the final end back in place

How much is the real piece from Porsche?

My car is a aero kit one and I now drive around at GT2 height but have been able to avoid scraping it...knock on wood...

Finally bothered to apply a proper ceramic coating. 2 nights of paint correction with menzerna. This should beat out the Zymol Vintage applied previously in terms of durability.

I started remodeling my garage before I bought my 996tt back in early 2016. I think I finally finished that project last week when the Porsche banner went up
