I'm only on my second clutch, first one was replaced at 373k only because a bearing went and cracked the pressure plate, my only concern was fatigue at the springs, there was at least 80% friction material left, this car sees bumper to bumper traffic every day for long stretches.....just one data point

agree re clutch life. i changed this one at about 90k and don't even remember why. now at 160k my goal is to live long enough to need to replace the clutch again. all my previous 911's have been "broken in" at btw 30 and 50k miles. this one took 100k.

T2- how about the hoses, all original? ever flush the power steering fluid and replace the struts?
