my point re: a "dd" or not was simply that the car in question was better suited to a track car as the video steve provided attests to.
I'm sure some folks dd dodge power wagons and hummers. doesn't make em "optimal" lol.. while stock tt's are fine for dd usage.

In city driving however, my results are really poor, 14 is optimistic and I've done as badly as 11 or 12 mpg.

Yes the car is a 6 speed stick shift - my preference and I love it......
The turbos have been replaced, the clutch was replaced also - only because of a bearing failure which subsequently broke the pressure plate, otherwise the original clutch would still be in the car with plenty of life left on it, original engine yes - it was out of the car and apart at 383,000 miles for minor oil leaks and an internal waste gate failure on one turbo - what we found inside for wear was virtually a brand new engine - near zero wear......
