2002 Porsche 996TT vs 1999 3000GT VR-4 (big video)

i don't need any of your smart *** comments to be happy.
i would also consider sharing crankcases to be pretty significant. much more so then say the rear view mirror.
what pisses most people off about you is that you think porsche did not make any thing worth owning until the 996 turbo.
you need to go for a ride in a '73 rs. it was a long and amazing evolution from the 901 to the 996, you should apreciate every step of the way. other wise that stupid porcupine joke has merrit.

Well that's quite an assumption, considering that I never once said that the 996 Turbo is the only great Porsche.
I happened to like the Carrera RS, as well as the '89 speedster, RS America, 993 Turbo/S, 993 GT2, 996 GT3, 996 GT2, 928 GTS, etc.
Just not most 964's and 944's. But to each his own. So what of it?
You think I like every BMW ever made?
Fricking ***** on this board, I tell ya...

Maybe the third time is the charm?
What a riot.

Ruiner don't worry mate <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/beerchug.gif" />
The whole board's been hijacked by a few loudmouths.
Obviously their normal hangouts have become a bit dull for them <img border="0" alt="[crying]" title="" src="graemlins/crying.gif" />
They'll go play with their own kind again soon <img border="0" alt="[thumbsup]" title="" src="graemlins/bigok.gif" />

i cant believe you used the n word.
i dont mind being called names, but when you infer that i belong to a group of people that called for the extermination of an entire religious group you cross the line.i was just giving you **** before, but now i really don't like you.
dont forget that bmw porsche and daimler-benz all built weapon systems for those maniacs.
hey wilbur, climb under your car and checked that crankcase number yet.

The 911 can't be defined by fools like H7,...... it's been evolving since 63. Everybody is going to grab onto a part of that evolution that they perfer most in "their" sports car.
I personally perfer the raw go kart feeling of cable driven pedalled 911's <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" /> Sorry 996 guys. I would perfer more of a raw car.

It has been used for years in F1 (not turbo for over a decade... I know), and, from what I have heard, the Porsche version is first rate. The ability to have a proportional horsepower response based on pedal position would be a huge asset when feeding in power on corner exit.

Apparently a cop saw the video, wrote down the license plate of the 996, and contacted the local authorities.
Do you think the cops have a case here?

In the last true race, you can't tell who was driving. Thus, you can't really ticket the Porsche driver as you don't know who it is (in the last race that is).
Also, the burded on proof lies in the fact that they have to PROVE that the Porsche was racing. *shrug* Any good lawyer could get their client out of this. They will also have to prove speed as well.
