Anyone here plan on importing a 996.1 GT3 to the U.S. once it hits the 25 year mark? If so, which importer did you go thru, and around how much does it cost on top of the car’s purchase price? Kinda thinking about getting one within a couple of years.

Yeah, I really wanted it still. Its not like yellow gt2's with driver miles come up that often, but I was out of the bidding once it approached 100k. Just not worth it to me given all the question marks and the fact that I couldn't lay eyes on it (was on vacation in Hawaii during the auction). Still kind of bummed. would have been a perfect driver at the right price!
