Francois, put on the 4 degree shims if you haven't done so already. I tried the 8s and they are too much. Back end is really planted but at the expense of drag. Speed on the straights decreases. You can actually see the difference.

Do you have the cup shifter? I'm doing that when i get around to regearing which will be when I get bored again.

Yes, I have put the 4 deg shims on for now.
Yes, I have the cup shifter + cup cables.

Before I bought this car, I drove Dennis' red GT3 (Overdraft in Ottawa). He said he had a "short shifter", but wasn't sure exactly which one. It was very notchy, not necessarily bad, but very riffle bolt-action-like, made me laugh with every shift. Mine is very precise but still smooth, no slop at all.

BTW, 911slow is selling a brand new cup shifter
