Writing style and grammar analysis?

I do think it's funny with number of additional pages on the thread he pointed out that there hadn't been anything worth responding to.

You got a point but if KK can't even do a proper IMS replacement, I doubt he'll know how to use a VPN. I use PIA so I can get around Comcast's warning notices when dl'ing BT's but perhaps I should also use it to come up with my alter ego user on here.

I personally have little concern of them being the same person.

Have you read the thread? There is a great deal not worth responding to. Yet some of us did so anyway

Yes, it was prime time drama quality! Front runner for thread of the year!

We did so and continue to do so.

I assume you're an E-2C Hawkeye guy. I think I asked you that in a previous post but don't remember if your responded. I'm a retired S-3 guy. If KK doesn't do the right thing and split the cost with you, then contact me via PM and we'll discuss the appropriate legal actions to take. There are plenty of smoking guns sitting around here on this forum to form a very viable fraud case given what he did to the IMSB and then apparently how that was presented to you, the buyer.
Elements of Civil Fraud in the State of Texas:

1. There was a material representation made that was false;
2. The person who made the representation knew the representation was false or made it recklessly as a positive assertion without any knowledge of its truth;
3. The person who made the representation intended to induce another to act upon the representation; and
4. The person to whom the material representation was made actually and justifiably relied on the representation, which caused the injury.
See Ernst & Young, L.L.P. v. Pac. Mut. Life Ins. Co., 51 S.W.3d 573, 577 (Tex. 2001)

Anybody on here think this situation doesn't meet the Supreme Court of Texas' elements of fraud?
pay half, give me a break, let me know how that turns out. sorry but after he sold the car another 7k miles was put on it, anything could happen in that amount of time

kromdom - Thanks for resurrecting.

To Christian and extankerbell - Don't confuse lack of posting here by the OP for lack of progress. It's not my place to discuss anything regarding this situation. But I will simply say you both could not be more wrong. OP doesn't want to drag this out in public. Please respect that.

After further investigation by my Private Investigator(on loan), the OP was able to secure several assets including KK's gold mine in Nevada, several private off-shore bank accounts, real estate in Los Angeles and some 996 engine parts that were buried in KK's back yard.

Buried parts included original 996 steering wheel with silver crest estimated at $35,000

My deal with the OP was 40% so i'll be stepping up to a GT Carrera and never coming back to this hell hole of a forum.
