Hi guys. New to the forum, been looking for a 996 Turbo for a while now, what do you think of these?

- owner sent me recent shop invoices for recent oil change and it says there was an issue where it is popping out of 1st gear, she is not sure if it was fixed, probably not (it was her father's car and he passed).. how serious is that?.. I prefer coupes so my gut is telling me to stay away for a few different reasons on this one.

- owner sent me bunch of pics along with PPI report from when he bought the vehicle 3 years ago, he got the "major service" done for about $3K at that time, he didnt do the cylinder head gaskets that were recommended, apparently there was oil seep..
Ya these are not perfect options but obviously trying to work within a budget and I'm handy with a wrench so hoping I can do some of the work myself if needed.
That second one looks like a scam. No phone number listed just an email and 1 picture at the dealership. 29k for a TT. Hmm....
I don't feel like it is, he sent me a PPI from Rusnak Pasadena Porsche and it has his phone number and address in there. He says he did all the "Fail" items in the following:
