I'd say, never buy a 911 when the photos are taken in the uncovered parking lot of an apartment building.

Seems weird to have PCCBs on just a regular tiptronic Carrera $

$500 is a steal, any way you look at it. If you don't want it, put it on our Classifieds for $1,000

I am no expert, but what company would fund R&D to make a couple of dozen of anything? If it's on the car, who would ask? I'd say that looking at the back side and seeing a factory finish or a rough mold take-off might give a clue, but really, who else would make such a thing? Besides, you're missing the big picture that the price makes provenance irrelevant.

My holographic Pokemon cards and Air Jordans are certified authentic. I'd like my Carrera spoiler to be as well

So if they were a "race shop" and knew what they were doing, wouldn't they have installed the third radiator during the first rebuild?

I'll be real curious to see what this sells for with its track history. It was left out of the description, but the seller also said in the comments that the last time it was tracked they killed the transmission and it was replaced with a rebuilt one. That was kind of a bid deal to leave out of the description...
$41,996 plus fees so $44k and change. The car had a bunch of gt3 parts. Those gt2 seats can at least fetch $5.

Would there not be the Porsche part number on the back side somewhere? Could the seller take a picture of it? The price sure seems decent even if it is 3rd party.

I don’t understand the whole thing with OEM wings either. If it fits well, works and looks good I’m all for it. I have a Carrera wing on my car, love it, but I don’t care if it’s OEM or not. If it is, great. If not, whatever…it’s gonna stay on there either way.

Anyway, check out this .1. Not a super clean example, but price looks to be reflective.

It's about provenance at the Pebble Beach Concourse
