You can register a car in Vermont no title? I bought a 92 FAT BOY HD from friend and here in Pa if title isn’t signed and no family are left you when you die you can’t register it here. Only 4 k on bike, so I’m a little hesitant on title s being unsigned or missing.

Yep. I've done it with motorcycles that are sold to me with out paper work. For motorcycles there's a big thread on ADVrider about it, never done it with a car though.
