What a great couple of days with pre-sales for the IMS Guardian!! We continue to accept more phone calls than online, but since we don't work weekends here you guys that order over the weekend will have to use the store site..

After an 80 hour week my *** is dragging and I am headed home... Anyone who wants to order by phone, ring us on Monday...

Order # 104...how many M96 P-Cars are just in the United States?

400 units are going to be spoken for within a week.

This is just presales and for internet nerds like us. Wait til it get's published in the magazines and the traditional folks catch on...

No doubt...Just wait until Autozone or O'Reilly calls up wanting 5000 units to start stocking...I'm just kidding but there could be an explosion of demand even if it is every Porsche dealership in North America like the Suncoast, Braman and Sonnen type dealers.

In ref that Norton warning while going to the site, went ahead entered the site and no problems noticed while running a scan upon leaving, so it is all okay.

While the 996 Turbo does not have an IMS to monitor, the product does monitor 10 other modes of failure some of which the 996 Turbo could experience. Probably overkill protection but for the money it's a pretty good investment.

The 996 turbo has an IMS (like my 993), but it rides in plain bearings. They are relatively troublefree (unlike the one on my Boxster S).
