Damn, this is shaping up to be a major event!
I have to bow out, unfortunately. It's my B-day weekend and it turns out friends and family are throwing a little bash for me that day.
Enjoy the run, be safe and take some pics to post here!

Okay, we're going to have plenty of flat-6 "sturm und drang" through the canyons as I put on my new bypass pipes last night and also installed 7mm & 14mm spacers, looks and sounds great.
It's amazing how I'm now chirping rubber off the line, I don't know if it's because of the rearend being ~30lbs lighter or the motor responding to less back-pressure?
Ha, fun stuff, ready for those pesky 944s.

We are still on for Ponte. I talked to them there today and everything is good. Also with a 11am arrival we will be getting there when it opens so we can fill up that side parking lot as a group. Tick tock this is going to be great.

Ed,
my parents have shown some interest in tagging along (mostly because mom wants more wine).
do you think it would be ok for a Q45 to trail the pack? its got a fresh suspension, new tires and a 300HP V8 at the front. id bet it would give a few of the cars coming a run for their money.

I'm glad your parents want to go after your last PM. Sheesh!
I do not see why not. As long as they don't split the group with that Mazda.... Maybe they'll think of buying a Porsche. There's going to be a lot of different models there. Kind of a dynamic showroom.
Plus they'll keep you in line.
