I'd be surprised if they are salvaging anything from 9000ft though, not worth the effort.

This graph tells it all on gasoline. What's more alarming is the rise in food prices and shortages locally. Another problem, is that many businesses can't get anyone to work. Signs up everywhere. Many of them are offering the politically correct "$15/hr" but that doesn't help apparently. It's a consistent theme right now. Maybe the problem is these people are waiting out for Uncle Sam to drop more cash out of his money printing cargo plane?
