Beautiful Autumn day
200 mile round trip to a Doc appointment.
Stopped at an old fashioned A&W car hop place in Cortland, NY.
Great day, drive my 996 and car hop service for a Root Beer & Burger.
"What life was meant to be"
6' car show trophy is bigger than the car... The looks from people while driving home were priceless. 2000 Cab w/ Tip; 18" Speedline 3-Part Wheels; Techart lowering springs; Techart rear spoiler and covered in Mirage Metallic.
Car looks great.
Not too many of us here in the states with the Techart Suspension kit.
The wheels are outstanding
I had hoped to get a few more weeks of late fall in my 996, but all the roads and parking lots have been salted here in MN. I just can’t do it.
I probably can't either. These cars are classics and they deserve better. With that said, I envy the 993 c4 Arena Red guy near me who daily's his in the salt / snow. Some say don't let the car own you, but I don't think this is one of those cases.
168glhs1986 It has me thinking hard if I ever want to upgrade to the 996's three point wheel; which initially captivated my attention for these car's interiors.

Guys, I lived in Germany for about ten years on and off, to include Munich and Porsche’s own Stuttgart. I assure you that Germany salts the hell out of their roads, and all manner of Porsches are driven year round over there.
