What's in the box?! Boot and other suede pieces came from j f customs via eBay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/23230899227...mis&media=COPY
Installed. Note the German flag theme I've got going on. Not seen are black with red and yellow stitched seat belt clip wraps and a German flag wrap on the rear view mirror. Oh and matching armrest cover and handbrake cover. So childish and indulgent I know.

Made it home! Got everything minus the Gemballas and TE’s.
I’ll be picking up the wheels and will starting the interior projects this week. My “Honey do List” is pretty short, built a bunch of stuff the day I got home so there was less to do. I did run into two things in my house though, roof leak and termite droppings. So.. that sucks but everything else is fantastic.
Started driving the car, really missed it and love it… felt amazing to stretch its legs. Made it to Home Depot and had to snap a pic for you guys, proof of life so to speak. More to come.

Better late than never...
Your wheels are almost definitely Cargraphic 3 piece items. I had them fitted to my 993 RS back in 2003/4/5. I'd suggest the use of those Gemballa stickers explain all ...
Though Gemballa did have his own wheels manufactured though, I had a set of one piece 18" 964 Cup lookalikes on my 964.
The early Cargraphic 3 piece wheels had some cracking issues with the spokes, but they addressed the problem and replaced them FOC IIRC. You wheels should feature aluminium alloy outer rim sections, and thus they should be light, Cargraphic eventually offered a stainless outer rim section that looked a million dollars and was free from any corrosion issues, but weighed a ton. The rear wheels on my 993 RS had the stainless steel items, and as can be seen, they were alot shinier than the older aluminium alloy items on the front wheels :

Started some upgrades today, just the Shift Right kit and the GT3 delete.
First impressions of the kit, the parts are very cleanly machined and the kit is of high quality. The instructions online were straight forward and you’ll spend more time removing the center console than installing the retrofit kit and upgrading the entire assembly. My 997 module did not require shims to install.
Side by side with the B&M-
Driving Impressions:
I find that this kit feels like OEM +, not overly aggressive but has positive feel and not terribly short. It has zero slop which I noticed right away. To be fair, I’ve never driven a 996 with a stock shifter and onIy a 997, it feels fantastic in comparison. The throws are nice and probably won’t add the B&M to the Shift Right for the sake of anything shorter.
Next upgrade was the GT3 console delete, it was a straight forward install so there’s not really much to say in that respect. It really does clean up the look of the interior, makes it look less busy to me but to be fair I do like our interiors too. The Teq cage makes you sit upright and in my case removing the center console gave me more room BUT I’m not tall by any stretch and my leg would just lean on the pad otherwise, not a big deal either way.
Next will be Yaz’s mount and the Rennkit Bluetooth upgrade… maybe the speakers.

Looks great brother!! I go back and forth on the GT3 console delete. I like the extra storage bin right now, but I see how it would offer a lot more leg room to the interior. Does look cleaner also. With your shifter upgrade, did you use the 997 factory shifter and then install all the metal components into that? I believe my car currently has the 997 shifter in it, but it hasn't been modified at all. Also, are you still current the stock shifter cables??

Nice job! I've been considering this mod but have been very happy with my 997 SSK set up that's been in there. Feels notchy and direct but damped, probably due to the plastic pieces. Might need to try it if I can make it to the dragon!
