Added another Porsche to the collection… as a watch. Got a pretty good deal on a working Porsche Design 7176 by Orfina. These have been rereleased and numbered models are available for around $9k. Vintage models can be found at or below $3k, mine needed some TLC but not bad by any stretch as it predates me by maybe 5-7yrs. Butzi himself designed this watch with Orfina(Top Gun watch) and is credited as being the first black out style watch. It’s cool to know that the same person who designed the timeless silhouette of my car, also designed my watch.
Most were bought before my 911 now it gets all my money lol
my display is not for boasting I loved watches before cars but my relationship in cars has now taken over by far

You're not a weirdo, I am the same way. I love good engineering regardless of what it is, and I've got a soft spot for German engineering in particular. I love my HKs and Walthers. I have also always wanted a Black Forest Cuckoo clock, my Aunt and Uncle have one and it is just incredible. I love the watch! Someday I will pick one up myself.

My step mom’s family is German and her mom had a higher end Clock… the engravings were absolutely insane. As for Walther’s, one of my favorite pistols is a Walther Q4 SF. Their steel frames pistols are absolute masterpieces.
Interior update. Got me a GT3 Suede shift **** from LA Dismantler. BFI will be who will make the shift boot. The interior of my car is going to ne different and this is the shift ****. Also looking to add weighted inserts in the shiftknob.

Thanks !! It will pop up somewhere someday .. They are Limited Edition and have "ZPT" in gold on the face, and has my name printed on the original box.... I would love to get it back, it has sentimental value beyond its monetary value..

Welp… LA Dismantler didn’t have the **** so I’ve been refunded. I did find a suede Cayman **** with a sliver cap for a lot less. Plan would be to paint the cap a darker color and call it a day. If you order something from LAD, call in advance.
