Default Battery swap

Well I needed a new battery and decided to spend the $ for lithium. Love the fact it jump starts itself. And although a direct drop in size, my new one seemed slightly larger at the bottom so that the battery clamp bolt was just short of engaging. Can anyone help with the bolt size and thread? Head is 13mm of course, I think it is 20mm long, I need 30 or so. Thanks!

Standard M8 (I think 1.25 thread pitch). I have bins of them if you want to come out and get one. There should be beer in the fridge, too.

Default Fister Mod

Sent my mufflers out for the Fister Mod. Darin and his team did a great job! Really noticeable difference in sound and fun! 😂

Interesting change. What is the impact on sound quality (or do you have have subs elsewhere in the car)?

Im planning on stripping the “sound system” as the car is mainly used for fun drives

bought a Jabra Bluetooth Visor speaker to take care of my calls/nav/music along with my pending USB port replacing my cig lighter I think i’m covered for all my “tech” needs

Last Sunday and for the very first time filled my 996 tt with corn juice (e85) wanted to unleash the 920 whp it was tuned for but didn't happen due to severe steering wheel vibrations at around 110 mph. She'll need 2 new front tires with good speed balancing. Will try again in a couple of weeks.

How long do those lithium batteries last? That is a nice weight savings.
