Yesterday @ VIR, put the new motor to a complete thrashing session in 95° heat (105 heat index).

We will be headed to the SCCA Flag Rock hillclimb in Norton, VA this weekend.

Respectable laps. Vir is so miserable when its that hot and that track gets greesy.

In my quest for cooler temps I removed the front bumper, cleaned out the ac vents and got my third rad mocked up. New low temp thermostat, water pump, and a bunch more stuff cometh. I also got new injectors ordered and borescoped the cylinders!

I’m not sure if this has been done before but my body shop has successfully modified OEM Aerokit II skirts to fit my C4S. It’s going in for paint this week and I’ll update with pictures.

It's a "hard no" for me on the gold. There are rare occasions where gold wheels can look absolutely amazing, but it has to be the exact right gold against the exact right color of car. This gold against silver is not it in my opinion. Not trying to be harsh, just very honest because it's not a close call in my mind. Of course, only your opinion matters at the end of the day.

I totally agree, this gold even though it stands out, is a bit too GOLD for the Arctic Silver. I think I might go with a lighter more bronzy gold like the GT4RS wheels....
