I just stumbled across this thread after doing a search on the SO3s.
Boy, there are a lot of young 993 owners out there! Anyway, I turned 39 a few days before I picked up my C4S last week. Btw, I was 33 when I bought my first Porsche ('86 Carrera).

Currently 47 with my 2nd P-car, the 993; was 43 when I succumbed to the urge and purchased my 964. Of course now I realize what I've been missing - but no looking backward - I really want to eventually own a brand new TT - it might be an '08, but I'll get there!

51 and aging faster than my car. I've been driving P-Cars (5) since 1975.

27 when acquired 911 in in Dec. Now 28 and it seems this is a life bug that bites. Not married yet. Figured to do it now before the family car, bigger fridge, etc....
Had a 928 mod.1979 for 2 weeks 4 years ago; younger brother "borrowed" car without permission and wrapped it around a tree. Thank god nothing happened to him!

I was 27 when I got a 1993 Ferrari 348SS, then sold it at 28 and bought a 1991 Ferrari Testarossa. But when I turned 30, I got smarter and sold the Ferrari and got a 1996 993TT.

I'm in the mean age area of this group at 43. Funny how 15 years ago I felt 43 was ancient. Now I feel the same as I was. But, the mayor we just elected is younger than I am...and you know all those super models? Yep, way younger...crap! Which type of road course will be in heaven?
