Unfortunately these photos do no justice to the luminescence of the orange paint, I'm sorry that I'm not experienced enough with my Nikon to work out how to capture the colour fully, nor do I have the time to fix the white balance in Photoshop. Either way, please now take this as an open invitation (or the perfect excuse for the other half) for anyone to call in, have a coffee (or tea) and take a look at the colour for yourselves.

I agree pictures do not do it justice, I know the color, and can only dream on how good it looks on the Porsche curved body. My neighbor has a Gallardo with that color and my wife calls it the Matchbox car, looks like a Transformer of some sort, but the curvaceous P-car shell must look great with all the shades that color makes.
Congrats!

Colin...I started buying lottery tickets again just because of you. I have 4 chances a week to hit it big, 2 Mega Millions+ 2 PowerBall, or more likely a simple contribution to the other eventual winners of $6 a week.
Did I miss the discussion of what wheels are going on this car?
The Tramont Cup's with a custom center color might be magic...just saying.

Is it the same color/process on the Lambo's? A guy here in town has a Murchelego(sp) in that color. Great color, wild exhaust note with the aftermarket exhaust...rest of the car, meh-not for me.

It's on turbo wheels at the moment which we may paint black with an anodised silver finish rim, however the long term choice is a set of genuine Fuchs in 18" or Sport Classic 19", not sure yet.

Is it me or do I sense that everyone out there is bored of Speedsters yet?
Just sayin'......
For those of you who aren't, here is Neil taking the skin off the clear lacquer to allow it to harden more quickly in the workshop; a lucky day with the camera as I managed to capture some of the orange colour variation under the lights.
