Thanks, I guess I was lucky.
I think you were smart!
Using the big boy as Dealer has its advantages, especially when your in a foreign country!

Definately, and when the price was exactly the same as if ordered directly from Heigo, there wasn't really much to think about.

Thanks, Viggo! That's right; I was the one drooling for those E88's, but unfortunately I discovered the ad just a little too late. Now I have ordered some 3-piece RH wheels, hope they'll look good on the car. Time will show, I guess.

The RH wheels look fantastic, great choice

Maybe I will see you on a local Porsche meet sometime?

Thanks, I really hope so too. It's often hard to find the "right" wheels for a car. The E88's would have been a pretty safe choice.

I have attended to a lot of trackday events in Sweden through the years, mainly at Ring Knutstorp and Karlskoga (Gelleråsen), and I try to join as many events here in Norway as well, primarily at Rudskogen and Vålerbanen...so maybe our paths will cross at some point.

Sounds great

Maybe we can take this via email, I didn't know that you were on here . I would love to visit Mo i Rana sometime, would make a great roadtrip .

I will a couple of more sets of e88s ready for next season if you are still interested. Maybe santa claus is nice to you this year

Post a picture when you get the RHs

They are coming, I promise! ;-)

At the moment the 993 is 45 miles away and I am preparing for a little holiday with my girlfriend. Tomorrow we are going to a music festival in the Jotunheimen mountains here in Norway; a annual happening for those who are interested in wildlife, trekking, rockmusic and outdoors partying. When I get back home I will shoot some better photos with something else than my iPhone.

Right now, this is occupying my mind:

Here are my pictures this week from Heigo Half cage install. I had the cage coloured coded steel grey metallic (P61W) as per my existing wheels and other exterior parts. Initial install took over half a day (full seat removal) to get it "just right". Removing the X brace and parts in the future (leaving the hoop in place) should be only a matter of 20-30 mins...

That looks great! That is what I am going to instal when I am done with stripping the interior.
