Thanks!

The front bumper is ready for some fibreglass and resin. We removed 30mm from the width. Now it fits perfectly. Nevermind the photo, e bumper is just hanging there.

I received the 35mm spacers today but ofcourse they didn't fit...
The existing bolts extend too far out so I have to cut them shorter and the bolts on the spacers are too short for the BBS wheels.
So I pushed one of the bolts out today, took measurements and ordered new, longer bolt.
Next winter I can re-build the wheels with to correct offset and I can replace the bolts and bearings.

A couple of shots of the front bumper. The fitment is now 10/10 (not in the photo as it is not fixed). I have already made arrangements for taking moulds of the bumper and the front lip so I can easily produce spares if needed.
It might be possible to make them for other people as well but I'd have to check with GT racing that it is ok with them.

I am not sure I would go as wide as you are but I do really like the look of that front lip.

Some progress here for a change. I had some spare time tonight so I finished the oil cooler brackets. The passenger side cooler is in place now but the drivers side bracket needs a little welding before it's completely ready.
I will install some rubber trim on the cooler opening to completely seal the perimeter of the cooler. Now there are gaps everywhere.

The front bumper is also back together. Some fiberglass cloth, resin and bondo do wonders...
After the bumper has been painted I will take moulds out of it.

I got the parts for the Kinesis wheels today. I will assemble them when I get the time, this weekend we are racing at Botniaring.
My garage looks like a wheel shop...
