Beautiful car, GLWS!
Is your shifter original to the car? I'm looking at the 996 style available from Suncoast (and others, no affiliation) that looks similiar, but yours looks either like perforated leather or carbon...just wondering?

All, thanks for the kind words.
VA993Dreamer, yes sir it's the 996 carbon/aluminum shifter. The window sticker indicates "brake/shifter carbon/aluminum", but when I bought the car the first time from RPM it had the traditional leather. I installed the shifter and aluminum brake handle in June '06. Purchased the parts, nose bar, and suspension from Gert at the same time. Mike and Warren at Rennsport did the install of the suspension at that time as well.
Yes sir $70,000.

In the spirit of Rennlistship, GLWS Scott. Will you be willing to let us know what your 993 actually sells for so we can have a gauge of the (over) heated market on 993s.
I should have bought Apple stock and 993s. At least I did not pull the trigger on a 2nd home in Florida 7 years ago or Facebook.

Holy crap - is that what the market is like these days?
For those of us who have cars, we are rooting for higher prices, for those without these cars, they are wishing for lower prices. :-)
Best of luck with the sale - it will be interesting to see how it goes.
Cheers,
Mike
