Was turbo front bumper ever a C2 option?

x50type, a turbo front bumper is the same whether for a NB or WB. It has a large "grill" opening with two smaller ones on either side. A NB bumper cover has only a single large opening.
Your car has a NB front bumper with a front spoiler made up of two splitters, one on either side, as part of an Aero Kit XX, which we have not been able to determine with certainty or at least agree upon.
That's my understanding, but maybe CalvinC4S has a different understanding from working at the dealer.

OK - hands up those who agree with this statement........................
Turbo bumper cover has never been used on a NB from the factory. You can bang your head all you want. It is that simple.

Sorry, i got a little confused by CalvinC4S saying :-
1 Turbo bumper cover has never been used on a NB from the factory.
2 The point is the NB cars did not come with turbo bumpers.
3 We are lost in the terms option v dealer modification.
4 The factory did install aero kits:

Burning Brakes
But Calvin also says no NB ever came from the factory with a Turbo front bumper cover and dpowell claims to have an Aero Kit II on his NB, as indicated by his factory hood sticker, that contains a Turbo front bumper and Turbo S rear spoiler.

Im afraid a few people in here have contradicted themselves

I don't believe anyone has contradicted themselves. x50type maybe thinking he had a turbo bumper is the only thing that comes close to contradicting themselves to me. They have just contradicted each other. That's why I'm crying and ready to give up.

Take a look at the Tequipment listing in PET, although NLA all the kits are listed there in black and white.
Thats where all the info I have stated has come from, Porsche Tequipment catalog listings

Aero kit has NOTHING to do with the turbo bumper cover.
There is a wide body aero kit for cars that all ready had the turbo bumper. Many people call it a turbo S
aero kit, though it was shipped from the factory on the 4S long before the Turbo S was ever created. My former 4S, had this.
The car that put the C4S in CalvinC4S...
The wide body aero is the molding under the bumper cover and the rear wing, NOT the bumper cover it's self.
My Fathers 4S with it as well....
Narrow body aero kit WITH OUT TURBO BUMPER COVER.
The black car has the splitters under the bumper cover. THEY ARE SCREWED ON TO A STOCK NB BUMPER COVER.
This is so simple, at this point I feel like we are being trolled.

Although I have the turbo bumper and turbo S tail with 1b skirts currently, I'm not sure if the car came equipped that way. Furthermore, my CoA below states Aerokit 2. The Tequipment booklet (same year) makes no mention of Aerokit 2. The contradiction lies with Porsche. I also don't know if the CoA reflects 1)factory installed, 2)dealer installed, or 3)both factory and dealer installed. Anyway I'm quite sure the the skirts and tail are original but I'm not sure about the front bumper. It would be nice if we had some of the factory Porsche ppl on this forum. We could really be enlightened! Bottomline - the turbo front bumper looks great and is much more appealing than the regular NB front bumper.

Here is where your confusion is...
Your car came from Germany with the aero kit II spoilers, then was at some time modified with a turbo bumper cover.
Dealer mods are not listed on CoA
Nice car BTW!

Ok I buy that but what is comprised of an Aero Kit 2? I have a narrow body and here is a link to a wide body also with Aerokit 2. Seems like Porsche would have given it a different name for a WB. Can someone put this to bed? Note this Aerokit has a the turbo front bumper with the added chin spoiler. Makes no sense to have the same name for the kit on two different bodies.

Are you sure your aero kit looks like that?
If so, the original aero kit in your CoA was removed and replaced with a wide body aero kit.
Any photo's of your car as it is now?
Your rear spoiler has the intercooler vents?
That car is an S and should have that wide body aero kit.
