FWIW, I'm answering an e-mail from a RLer right now about WB cabs, & just stumbled on these 2007 RL photos.
From VHanzon's "WB cab pics and speedline wheel Q.." thread...

There's a Speedster Turbo Cab for sale €75k http://suchen.mobile.de/fahrzeuge/sh...n&pageNumber=1
It's the normally-aspirated one, of the two Speedsters I flew to look at in Europe, & that RLer J.A.W.S. saw many times where he worked.
IIRC, the owner told me it may have had front-end damage before its conversion.
Photos & details on page two of the "Cabriolet in wide body?" thread that Cabrio993 posted earlier.
Higher-resolution photos from my trip are featured on pages 10-14 of the "Speedster type 993 photo thread."
FS for €74k in Jan '07; see RLer 964Polar's "Speedster 993 in Italy" thread.

Wicker Motors in Los Angeles is known for taking wrecked Porsche and remaking them into special cars. I would NEVER buy a salvage car unless you know its history. Now that I have one and I am going to sell it, I can recommend that you never buy a salvage car unless you plan on making it into a track car or for parts. $69,000 for a salvaged converted 993 is insane. What's that saying, "Let's put some lipstick on that pig and sell it!”
