Apologies up front for the terrible quality pics. They are screen captures taken on my phone from a video on instagram. Have not made it to the shop to grab my own photos yet.
After dropping off the car in mid-June, it finally saw color yesterday. Cant wait to see it in person.
Wow! That's minty fresh. What was the name of that color? Beautiful.

Color is Porsche 227 - hellgrun / jade green which was available in '72-75 and '92. It's recently been an official PTS offering the last two years, though Porsche has renamed it "lighter green", much to the ire of vintage Porsche fanatics as they feel "jade green" has historical significance.
While I've seen "mint green" 993's, can't say I've ever seen a "jade green" one (have searched high and low). I wanted to pick a color which was a classic Porsche color and "could have" been ordered as a PTS on a 993... but never was.
The color itself is darker and more vibrant than mint green. Mint is a bit more pastel and washed out in direct sunlight.

Hey I see you’re in NJ and I was thinking of getting some new paint work done - who did you end up using to drop the motor for whatever mechanicals and then have all the paint work done?
