$105k for a 69k miles C2S with Sport Hardbacks is almost early 2020-level pricing.

There must be a weird reason to post a manual 993 S on Facebook....
it makes me very suspicious.

To all you guys whining about a pristine low mileage 993 not being driven, you can buy it and do whatever you like with it. I've always said that people derive pleasure of ownership in many different ways, you don't get to tell someone else how to enjoy their car. Someone is going to get a real gem there.

Profound. The Rennlist 993 technical discussion board community collectively thanks you for your wisdom and original thinking in this regard.

haha. a 911 with that few miles is an art piece not a car.

in general, it seems to me, the turbo 911s are driven much fewer miles (and have killed waaaay more dentists) than NA 911s.

wouldn't you agree they are more straight-line, autobahn speed GT cars as opposed to pure sports cars, like the NAs?

I agree that one can do as they like with their cars. If you desire, buy it and mount it on the wall, or drive the s*** out of it. Who cares.

Financially, looking at these cars as investments is idiotic. The MSRP of this car was $111,215 in 1996. Had you invested that amount in an S&P index fund at the time, you'd be sitting on $1.2mil+ today. I am confident this car won't fetch that figure at auction in a week. But then, some collectors don't care about the dollars, they want a mint 993 in their collection, gain or loss.

'bubble cars' have always existed. they always will. years from now this will be that time capsule that shows 'exactly' what a 993tt was like in the late 90s.

the issue is, once a bubble car almost always a bubble car. no one pays that kind of premium to 'drive the **** out of it'. i like how it was originally owned in Alaska.

$675k is not going to cut it, RNM. I'd think that a Concours auction like Sotheby's would be a better destination for a unicorn car like that.
