Due to our usual Temperatures here and the new engine upgrade, i decided that it would be good to have more cooling available.
Doubled the secondary oil cooler capacity and installed a fan.

We are hopefully mostly finished here with the summer, temps now below 30degC at night; season starts soon!
Therefor the summer upgrades and maintenance is done. As I did additional cooling for the 4.0, it requires also more aero for the track. Therefore function before form (i like the little ducktail to much); a front wing and new rear wing was necessary.
As i don't like the original GT2 setup for the 993, i decided to get a GT-R setup from SRS in Germany https://srs-tec.de/product/rear-spoi...e-993/?lang=en
I made the engine lids easy exchangeable for track / street use.
We did also a lot of little things like rolling rear fenders, cutting a little the front fender, built a duct to force the air to the secondary oil cooler and improved the brake cooling system. Mad also an easy remove solution for the front bumper (overkill) and we replaced the windscreen; the old one showed in the evening already the Milkyway due to stone chips.
Still to do:
- alignment
- PPF for the front
- Racing Optics windscreen protection
- gas up

nice looking products, and I have a bunch of questions
are the decklid and front spoiler fiberglass?
do they fit perfect as the SRS website describes?
how does the front spoiler attach?
what is the easy to remove front bumper solution?
where is the picture of the secondary oil cooler duct?
why didn't you get the side skirts?

Yes, Fender, decklid and bumper are of GRP (also the duck tail), bought from Getty and fitted ok, needed some work.
The front spoiler as the new wing are from SRS, really quality work and fitted really perfectly!
The front would normally be clued to the Bumper with Wuerth industrial clue, which is part of the package
We did install 'fast opener' screws al around
Oil cooler duct
side skirts might come next summer ...
The SRS skirts are for the wide body.
i need something to do after the season

A friends 993 in Germany after 3 races!
And I have correction to make,,,
The GRP parts on my car as described above are from Shaw and not from Getty .... out of unknown reasons, i mix them always up when talking about it, sorry for that.

No personal experience for racing, i'm using them for trackdays only. No issues
My friend with the red 993 above is racing them in one of the European Historic Series, no issues either

Christian Treiber visited us again in Dubai for some work upgrades on some cars from the Porsche Classic Club UAE.
We had 4 days of fun with cars
