Hi everyone, wanted to introduce myself. My 992.2 base order locks on 7/25 and I will also be doing euro delivery. Will keep posting updated timelines etc.
I’m still trying to debate adding the 14 vs 18 way and the leather. Really want to keep the build under 150k as I think that’s my personal limit on the base car. I’m also undecided on the wheels - polished vs glossy on IGM or GT Silver.
Wanted to share this picture from Reddit of the glossy wheels and Lugano blue?, apparently the 992.2 are already in dealerships in Europe.

Welcome! I have to say it's all personal choice and you'll get a million suggestions from the peanut gallery here. 14 vs 18 way is something you'll need to try out yourself. Go to your dealer and sit in each. I hated the 18 way so went with the 14. Also glossy black wheels are impossible to keep clean. Keep that in mind! I went IGM with a blue interior after a months worth of thinking about it.

If you're going to do aerokit, my suggestion is to go for a "loud" color. Carmine or Lugano blue. I feel that Ice Grey and Gentian are upscale colors that perhaps are more GT fitting vs. all out sport.

I saw this blue Carrera T with the aero kit recently

. Stunning in person and you’re right on the loud color.

Ah yes, I feel the 14 way is more comfortable for me while the 18 way is more sporty. Personal choice on that one. Initially was going to get the 4 way sports seats plus but I think I’ll find value in the memory settings as well.
Glossy black wheels are impossible to keep clean but I love the contrast with the lighter body color. Makes it look aggressive and sporty. I have gloss black wheels in my g80 m3 and the brake dust is a nightmare.
Here’s my current build https://configurator.porsche.com/porsche-code/PSH4RMG5

If I add leather, it unfortunately pushes me over the 150 mark.

Called in to dealer immediately after the 992.2 announcement to request allocation. Announcement came as a surprise that there was no S but next step from Base as a GTS. . Have purchased 5 prior Porsche cars from same dealer.

Just drove my 24 C2S home, about 1000 miles. I went back and forth on leather, wheels and seats (many other options too). Went w/the 4 way sport plus seats, couldn’t be happier, spent the extra $$ on leather w/extended deviated stitching (lizard green) and enjoy it every time I get behind the wheel. As far as the gloss black wheels, yes they get dirty but w/sonax and a quick spray they’re like new in 5 minutes. Good luck.

OP, the logic is same as mine regarding price point. I'm keeping(OK I'm trying very very hard) to keep my build <$150K.
