are people still finding that GTS have ADM? or are they coming back to MSRP?

I’ve been following this thread for quite a while and what I’ve learned is that ADMs depend on the market, purchase history with your dealer and a little bit of luck. For the vast majority, ADMs are still going strong. GTS would be a “yes” for ADMs. The higher the trim, the higher the ADM.

Yes, GTS definitely have major ADM. I have an order for one with ADM. GTS seems to be very popular as the “sweet spot” in the lineup…

2 weeks ago Porsche of Las Vegas was asking $30K ADM for GTS. $100K ADM for GT3 touring. If you want to pay allocations are theoretically available there.

I emailed and had a phone chat with almost every dealer in the country. Some dealers are MSRP for local markets only, others have a light markup with years of waitlist. High-end ADMs if you want a delivery this week. Euro delivery definitely reduces time and ADM.

Overall though, this process made me fall out of love with Porsche

As a first time buyer, this really set a negative tone for me as well. That said, I went for an slightly overpriced CPO and love the car.

I suggest forming a relationship with your local dealer. Stopping to the dealership will probably get you further than a phone call. . I haven't owned a Porsche in 20 years. I stopped by my local dealer and expressed my interest in a Carrera Coupe he did a allocation trade and had my order in with Porsche within a couple weeks with no ADM. Granted it wasn’t a higher end model, but what I wanted.
FYI same dealer quoted me $10k ADM a week prior over the phone.

Not sure the euro delivery part works anymore. In Q2 2022 was "guaranteed" euro delivery in writing for summer 2023, but that fell through (force majeure, or something like that according to dealer). Still patiently waiting. I'm guessing 2024 msrp price will end up being close to the 2022 adm price.

This process has def made me a full supporter of tearing up the dealer laws and going direct-to-consumer. At least I would only be getting scr*wed by the manufacturer, instead of both the manufacturer and the dealer.

Instead of ADM I was made to buy some extra **** like extended warranty and the tire and wheel warranty which at least has some value.

As a retired car dealer I find this process very sad. Yes it does impact ones feeling of love for the car and for sure the brand. I spent 42 years as a salesman, sales manager, general manager, and dealer. There were many ups and downs, hot models, cold models, recessions, boom times, and so on. But never anything like what we have all witnessed the past few years. As I told one hot shot sales manager who was getting a little too clever with me.......anyone can sell in a market like this, but let's see how well you can sell when the bottom falls out, cause guess what it will sooner or later. So yeah, I would like to move to a 992 while I can still climb in and out of one, but not under these terms. It's just a car.

I've heard a lot of great stories like yours, congrats! Not something I've personally experienced -- my local dealer's sales people stopped responding to my emails and txts, and when the do respond, its filled with vaguries like 'we don't know', or 'years away'. I'm apparently a small fish compared to the repeat customers that keep rotating through high-spec cars

Does a two year anniversary with the SA face-to-face with 14 months on the 911 wait list count?
To me, it was not the dealer. It was allocation algorithm that Porsche uses. They never got my model in 14 months. Oh well, it turned out well for me anyhow.
