Yes, I know, but trying to see if dealer can get a better deal since I’d want them to do the paint/install and see if they’ll come through since they’re charging me ADM. SunCoast raised the price on the Aerokit now it’s under $5k! There’s also a waiting list.
New to Porsche and this thread, but locked in '24 C2S manual allocation w a June build/Aug delivery for $15K ADMs...BUT it includes 2nd yr service, 3yr wheel/tires protection and mats (lol). Not the best, but not the worst deal. Thoughts?

Cost is somewhat dependent on your location but I would say this is not a good deal. You’re also getting the last year before the refresh and paying the 24 big price increase. Then again a car in hand may be worth it for you.

This was supposed to be a '23, but there were no more allocations. Agreed, the price hike is steep, but the slight changes to dash and perhaps engines for the dot 2 C2S will likely still add to the price with more allocation jail. Also, I'm in LI, NY.
I would really push them to either do lower ADM or throw in another year or two of service, a ceramic coat, or something. $15k ADM is crazy when you’re also paying MY24 pricing. And MY24 is exactly the same as MY23.

Wheel and tire and 2nd year service is probably - depending on location - worth maybe, maybe, $5000 (what it would cost to purchase separately)…so you’re spending an extra $10K for ADM. Maybe $11K to $12K but we’re splitting hairs…. If you wait another year prices will probably go up another 8% which is more than $10K … but a newer car. There will always be a newer, better version but it depends on what you value. The P-car I ordered - and saw last week in Zuffenhausen - is probably worth the same as my buddy’s last year 993 air cooled turbo (20,000 miles) in price but will run circles around it. But it’s a different car tickling different senses and needs. 10 years from now who knows….. I think this is a “go with your gut” decision and don’t think about it too analytically.

Agreed. As a finance guy I know this is not a logic purchase but and emotional one...that said...got them to also offer me cost on watch I wanted...also.
Seems like a good buy to me. GTS w/ 7MT and Aerokit. $165k build in 2022 is what, $185k now + $25k ADM.
I think it would’ve been an about $171k build for 2023 MY and $179k build for MY 2024. That’s just MSRP of course. So selling a year old with low miles at basically MSRP of a new 2023 model shows how strong the market continues to be for 911s.
My Porsche dealer keeps sending me requests to buy the car they just sold me back due to “incredible demand” for inventory. Their website shows plenty of CPO 911’s in stock, nothing new though. My old Audi dealer keeps sending me offers of thousands of dollars in incentives to trade in my old Audi for a new one. I guess it all depends on supply and demand? So many things are hard to make sense of these days.
